Job Summary
Develop and lead a team of 3-6 hourly members to exceed guest expectations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all facility equipment. Perform scheduled maintenance duties, respond to trouble calls, and demonstrate proactive leadership through hands-on training of technicians. Ensure positive guest experiences while managing minor details to the big picture in a fast-paced, noisy environment. Work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, with weekends, evenings, and on-call availability for emergencies during business hours.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- 3+ years of relevant experience in building maintenance
- Ability to move lane maintenance equipment (approximately 250 lbs.)
- Ability to climb ladders
- Possess the strength required to repair, clean, and maintain the facility machines and equipment
- Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
- True leadership capabilities
- Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, regarding all job responsibilities
- Must be available for weekends and evenings as needed
- Must be available for on-call for emergencies during business hours
