Job Summary
Technical Services Manager to lead global mineral processing technical service activities, supervise and mentor a cross-site team in Westminster, CO and Casper, WY, develop testwork and commissioning plans for lab tests, pilot programs, and commercial deployments, review and approve data interpretations and client-facing reports, coordinate with R&D and product teams, manage budgets and deliver high-quality process engineering services, and travel as required to support field activities and client engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Processing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline
- 10+ years of relevant experience in mineral processing
- Proven experience designing, managing, and interpreting structured laboratory testwork programs
- Hands-on experience with field commissioning, optimization, and operational support at commercial-scale mineral processing facilities
- Experience in mineral processing flowsheet development and analysis
- Supervisory experience including formal performance management, mentorship, and development of engineering staff
- Experience contributing to technical proposals, project scoping, and commercial pricing support
- Be a valid U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
