Job Summary
Hybrid Technical Services Engineer role coordinating software deployments, AIS installations, and technical support for OneOcean products. Responsibilities include organizing, coordinating, and executing deployments, AIS installations and configurations, remote technical support, service (order fulfilment) activities, documentation, and continuity of customer outcomes in a 24x7 global environment. The position requires collaboration with internal teams, customer engagement, post-installation validation, and continuous service improvement. This is a 36-month fixed-term contract with shifts including weekends and public holidays, and includes remote work options from Cebu, Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in technical IT support
- Experience with AIS solutions onboard vessels desired
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work 24x7 shifts including weekends/public holidays
- Windows OS knowledge
- ITIL knowledge beneficial
