Job Summary
Architect and maintain InterSystems' corporate infrastructure across on-premises, private cloud, and data center environments. Design and implement Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD workflows while monitoring system health, optimizing virtualization and containerization platforms, and troubleshooting complex issues in Windows, Linux, and MacOS ecosystems. Lead the evaluation of new technologies to enhance reliability and security, manage vendor relationships for networking and storage, and provide mentorship to junior team members. Fulfill service requests via ServiceNow and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. This role requires 7+ years of enterprise ICT experience and proficiency in Python, Ansible, and Terraform.

- 7+ years supporting complex enterprise ICT environments with multiple stakeholders
- Degree in a technical subject or equivalent professional experience
- Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID
- Linux administration
