Job Summary
Technical Services Coordinators support high-quality, safe, and student-centered learning in nursing by preparing, operating and maintaining clinical simulation equipment and learning environments. They lead lab setup for teaching, manage clinical laboratories, liaise with the Head of Technical Services on Bruce Campus, develop and maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with academic and professional staff. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Allied Health, have experience with high-fidelity simulators (Laerdal, Gaumard, METI), AV/IT proficiency, simulator control software and LMS tools (Moodle/Canvas), and are skilled in maintenance, calibration, and vendor liaison. First aid certification and manual handling training are required; RN or health professional credentials are highly desirable.
