Technical Services 3PL Supervisor

Job Summary

Lead and supervise teams responsible for the testing, imaging, configuration, troubleshooting, staging, repair, and refurbishment of technical equipment. Oversee reverse logistics, including returns, repairs, replacements, and asset recovery. Ensure equipment is accurately prepared, tested, and validated to meet customer specifications and quality standards. Coordinate technical support activities related to product deployment and hardware integration. Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, shipping, and fulfillment. Ensure compliance with safety, security, shipping, and customer-specific procedures. Serve as a key point of contact for customers when escalated issues arise involving shipments, orders, damages, or other operational concerns. Organize daily workloads and staffing to maximize productivity and meet customer and company goals. Monitor team performance and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and accuracy. Lead investigations into pick-and-ship errors, identify root causes, and help prevent repeat issues. Provide productivity and efficiency reporting to management. Support accurate and timely customer billing in partnership with Corporate and Billing teams. Train, coach, and develop new and existing employees. Help develop lead personnel who can support training and day-to-day operations. Monitor temporary employee performance, hours, and agency billing. Partner with management to anticipate staffing needs and adjust resources as business demands change. Coordinate special warehouse and technical projects. Oversee weekly, quarterly, and annual cycle counts. Promote a clean, safe, organized, and professional work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain required TSA certification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound, timely decisions
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels

Desired Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, IT, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Experience with technical equipment deployment, repair, configuration, imaging, or troubleshooting preferred
  • 3PL, warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or reverse logistics experience is a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
