Job Summary
Oversee testing, imaging, configuration, troubleshooting, staging and refurbishment of technical equipment in a 3PL environment; manage inbound/outbound logistics, supervise staff, ensure SLA compliance, coordinate with customers/vendors, maintain equipment, assist with training, and support billing processes. Coordinate technical support activities related to product deployment and hardware integration; ensure safety, quality, and efficient operations while driving continuous productivity improvements and accurate reporting.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience managing technical operations involving hardware deployment, repair, or configuration preferred
- TSA certification (required)
