Job Summary
Technical (Service) Support Engineer XRF role focusing on leading customer support activities in development projects, delivering 3rd line technical support, creating service documentation, and driving reliability improvements through Lean/Six Sigma within a global high-tech service environment. Responsibilities include enabling digital services for end customers, providing training to Field Service Engineers and customers, and translating user platform requirements into development tasks. A strong affinity for IoT products, hardware/software, data interpretation, and effective communication is required. Travel willingness and collaboration within a multinational team are key. The role sits within Malvern Panalytical, Micromeritics & SciAps, part of the Spectris Group, with a global footprint and emphasis on diverse, inclusive culture.
