Job Summary
Technical Service Specialist in Kryoneri, Attica, providing high-quality technical support to customers, applicators, partners and internal teams via the company’s technical hotline. Responsibilities include assisting in product selection and application guidance, handling inquiries on product use, methods, compatibility and performance, recording technical cases in Salesforce or other systems, preparing/reviewing specifications and design recommendations, resolving technical issues and customer claims, participating in site visits, trainings and demonstrations, developing training materials and workshops, and promoting safe working practices in line with Sika standards. Requires a university degree in Civil, Architectural or Mechanical Engineering or related field; prior experience in technical customer service, construction materials, chemicals, or manufacturing is an asset; strong communication and problem-solving skills; fluent English.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Previous experience in technical customer service, construction materials, chemicals, or manufacturing will be considered an asset.
