Job Summary
Technical Service Representative who provides customer support and troubleshooting for commercial equipment in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include processing replacement parts orders, coordinating shipments, troubleshooting with customers and field technicians, reading and interpreting equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and part breakdowns, and maintaining detailed service records and customer communications. Requires excellent customer service and communication skills, strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities, experience in technical support or related fields, ability to diagnose problems over the phone, willingness to learn technical product knowledge, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
