Technical Service Representative

Job Summary
Monitor and maintain drilling fluid physical and chemical properties at customer sites in Alberta. Test fluids, recommend maintenance, coordinate inventory and supervision, and communicate with rig crews and head office. Report accurate well re-cap information, complete on-site paperwork through invoicing, and manage company equipment while adhering to strict safety protocols. This field-based role requires a valid driver's license, H2S and TDG certifications, and 3+ years of oilfield rig experience. Candidates must be comfortable traveling to remote locations and working with little supervision.
Required Qualifications
- PET or Engineering degree
- Good driving record
- All Safety Certifications – H2S, WHMIS, TDG, First Aid
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driver's abstract
- Ability to complete required pre-employment testing
- Comfortable working in field environments
- Ability to travel to site locations as required
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum 3 years oilfield rig experience
- Capable of working with little or no supervision
- Confident to troubleshoot fluid issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
