Technical Service Representative to monitor installation of Sika Sarnafil Roof Systems, conduct warranty inspections, and train roofing contractor personnel. Responsibilities include training applicators, overseeing the installation process at job starts and during in-progress visits to ensure adherence to good roofing practices and Sarnafil specifications, documenting field reports, resolving installation issues, conducting final inspections for warranty issuance, acting as liaison among applicator, general contractor, consultant, architect, building owner, and Sika Sarnafil, advising Technical Manager on progress and needs, assisting Sales with pre-job meetings and warranty claims, following up on leaks and warranty calls, and performing roof inspections for warranty transfers and annual checks. The role requires extensive travel and outdoor work, with a focus on quality, contractor profitability, and customer service.
