Job Summary
On-site technical support for composite products to customers and distributors, including training and product introductions; ensures compliance with HPU policy and local EHS regulations; collaborates with sales, R&D, QA, and customer service to resolve complaints and provide timely troubleshooting; gathers market intelligence from industries, customers, and competitors; develops products per customer and marketing requirements; requires a bachelor degree in polymer science and 2-3 years of related experience; location: Huntsman Campus, Shanghai, China; full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Minimum bachelor degree of polymer science
- Experience: At least 2-3 years composite related work experience; PU composite experience preferred
- Skill: MS Office functionalities
- Training: Updated PU Composite knowledge/technology/process, Product development skills, Customer Service skills, Problem-Solving skills
