Technical Service Representative - Canada

Job Summary
Conduct efficient technical assistance for customers regarding packaging equipment operations and facilitate quality and performance improvements. Service customer equipment to maintain optimum performance, identify machinery and film problems, and communicate issues to staff representatives. Perform package and machine audits, participate in field trials of new materials, and assist in the installation and start-up of packaging equipment. Provide training on proper operation and maintenance, establish relations with customers and internal staff, and complete KMS reporting, expense reports, and weekly schedules. Schedule own time and travel while prioritizing customer calls, occasionally requiring management support for difficult issues. Requires 3-5 years of food packaging industry experience, willingness to travel 60% or more, and a valid driver's license.

Desired Qualifications
- Level II: Possess a mechanical and electrical technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot most packaging machine issues
