Job Summary
Provide technical solutions to fleet wash, surface treatment, and industrial customers by lowering their operating costs and exceeding expectations. Manage multiple accounts across the British Columbia territory, conducting service audits, equipment repairs, installations, and chemical testing. Handle inquiries, document findings, and offer recommendations to resolve technical challenges while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Enter data into analytics systems for test results, meter readings, and GPS locations. Travel up to 25% including overnight trips to support assigned customers.
Required Qualifications
- Live in British Columbia
- 2+ years of mechanical, chemical, or industrial experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% including overnight travel
- Ability to understand the products and services offered by the company
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in performing technical/mechanical on-site testing
- Ability to adjust to various customer needs and situations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Products, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and other analytical tools
Desired Qualifications
- Mechanical Aptitude in electrical and pipefitting preferred
