Technical Service Manager - Utility Scale

Technical Service Engineer - Utility Scale responsible for providing field service support across EMEA for utility-scale PV projects, including installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of utility-scale inverter systems; perform site inspections, fault diagnosis, and corrective actions; support MV station, monitoring, and inverter-related activities; act as customer-facing technical representative during commissioning and warranty activities; deliver technical training, provide service reports and root cause information to HQ teams; coordinate spare parts, tools, and site readiness; contribute to service procedures, safety documentation, and continuous product/service improvement; travel extensively across EMEA and communicate effectively with customers, EPCs, and internal teams; requires degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, 3+ years field service experience, fluency in English, driving license, and willingness to travel; Polish language is advantageous.
