• •Must have, as minimum, one (1) year experience in a supervisory capacity, in a maintenance related position

• •Must be able to assist techs on major escalated issues
• •Must be able to work with senior leaders to develop training programs
• •Must be able to assist with POS systems, projectors, and other building equipment
• •Must be able to ensure daily preventative maintenance and repairs are completed
• •Must be able to maintain PM logs for all attractions and keep them up to date
• •Must be able to be responsible for all building maintenance and contractors needed to repair
• •Must maintain a safety-focused attitude at all times
• •Must be able to assist with documenting fire and disaster drills in accordance with regulatory requirements
• •Must be able to ensure implementation of corrective action needed as a result of internal or external safety inspections
• •Must be able to inspect storage rooms, work rooms, utility/janitorial closets, etc., for upkeep and supply control
• •Must be able to follow all processes involving maintenance including but not limited to safety and OSHA, maintenance procedures, logging, and reporting
• •Must be able to assist with parts/tools inventory and purchasing for stores
• •Must be able to maintain payout structure at all locations (25%) as well as assist troubleshooting with Embed and Center Edge POS system
• •Must be able to ensure that maintenance personnel always follow established safety regulations in the use of equipment and supplies
• •Must be able to ensure that all personnel wear and/or use safety equipment and supplies (e.g., back brace, mechanical lifts, etc.) when lifting or moving heavy objects
• •Must be able to ensure that supplies, equipment, etc., are maintained to provide a safe and comfortable environment
• •Must be able to assist with obtaining/maintaining material safety data sheets (SDS) for hazardous chemicals in the maintenance department
• •Must be able to ensure that containers of hazardous chemicals in the department are properly labeled and stored
• •Must be able to perform other duties as assigned
• •Must have a High school or equivalent education
