Job Summary
Lead global teams of finance technology professionals while serving as the primary technical contact for large and strategic customers. Safeguard and optimize customer investments into SAP Enterprise Cloud Services by coordinating with experts, analyzing technical requirements, and presenting complex details to drive resolution. Guide customers on various technical aspects within SAP ECS and beyond to ensure satisfaction and support the execution of service delivery plans. This role requires proficiency in SAP Basis administrative duties, cloud technologies, and security, with locations available in New Brunswick, NJ, or EMEA offices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields
- proficiency in customer communications
- proficiency in SAP products
- experience with SAP Basis administrative duties
- customer-facing SAP Technical Consulting experience
- familiarity with cloud technologies
