Job Summary
Conduct structured technical visits and six-monthly review meetings with key customers to drive flock performance, resolve operational complaints, and implement improvement plans. Develop and monitor annual Product Improvement Plans while tracking breeder mortality and chick shipments to identify and address performance risks. Manage data entry in Aviagen Macro and Easy Flock systems, submitting monthly technical reports, competitor insights, and visit records to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with commercial, product, and specialist teams to align technical recommendations with business objectives and facilitate cross-functional issue resolution. Represent Aviagen at industry association meetings and maintain biosecurity compliance across all site interactions and regional deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, or an equivalent discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar technical or customer-facing role
- Strong working knowledge of the poultry industry, including Grandparent, Parent Stock, and Broiler operations
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Veterinary, Incubation, and Nutrition disciplines is an advantage
- Experience with a CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general internet-based tools
- knowledge of Arabic and French will be a plus
