Job Summary
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will proactively monitor network systems and dashboards, troubleshoot and resolve network faults, manage incidents end-to-end, and perform planned maintenance and upgrades. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will contribute to root cause analysis while ensuring compliance with security best practices. A degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years’ experience in network support are required, along with a solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field
- 3+ years’ experience in network support or operations (ideally within Telco or MSP environments)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, wireless, security)
- Experience with MPLS and BGP
- Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to work under pressure
- A proactive, curious approach
Desired Qualifications
- ITIL v4 Foundation
- Fortinet NSE certifications
- Cisco CCNA / CCNP
- SD-WAN or SIP certifications
