Job Summary
Directs Franklin's Construction Technical Services Department, planning and budgeting, and supervising technical customer service and lab coordination to support short- and long-term department goals. Develops and implements testing policies and procedures, ensures SOP adherence in production, advises CPD lab and technical service on process and documentation, and acts as liaison with R&D, Purchasing, Production, QC, sales and marketing to meet Franklin’s strategic objectives. Builds a skilled, motivated team, drives customer satisfaction through effective tech service processes, and emphasizes safety, communication, and performance metrics across the department.
Required Qualifications
- AS with 12 years technical experience
- BS with 6 years experience
- MS with 3 years experience
- minimum of 2 years of management experience
