Job Summary
Conduct technical SEO audits of websites focusing on performance, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, and code optimization. Analyze identified areas for improvement, recommend changes, and verify their implementation while monitoring traffic metrics to identify optimization opportunities. Execute and co-create a technical SEO strategy to grow sustainable organic traffic across multiple international properties. Assist and own collaboration with development, infrastructure, and other technical partner teams to ensure proper execution. Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to SEOs, content creators, and stakeholders. Stay current with the latest SEO trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in doing on-site and technical SEO
- extensive, solid SEO knowledge
- familiar with popular Tech SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, Chrome Dev Tools, WebPageTest
- experience with Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, troubleshooting SEO issues
- Knowledge of spoken and written English at least at the B2 level
- Knowledge of spoken and written Polish at least at the B2 level
- Can reverse-engineer existing solutions and are capable of coming up with your own
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with site migrations
- Python, SQL or BigQuery knowledge to analyze bigger data sets
- Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of internationally recognized web accessibility standards and ability to use this in practice (a11y audits)
