Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of physical security technology projects, including CCTV, access control, and video management systems, while managing technical dependencies and ensuring compliance with Barclays standards. Execute security risk assessments, develop crisis management plans, and coordinate with vendors, engineering teams, and facilities to align security operations with regional objectives. Manage stakeholder relationships and drive the evolution of enterprise security platforms to enhance the safety and resilience of the bank's global estate. Based in Gurugram, this role requires strong expertise in IP networking and Axis IP camera platforms to deliver complex, cross-functional security initiatives.
