Job Summary
Lead the technical design, commissioning, and lifecycle maintenance of Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Access Control Systems (ACS) for new construction and renovation projects. Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and gap analyses to produce sensor coverage drawings, riser diagrams, and submittal packages for Accrediting Official review. Author and maintain technical standards, bills of material, and standard operating procedures while validating hardware platforms and managing vendor integrators. Coordinate with security authorities throughout final acceptance testing, drive false alarm investigations to root cause resolution, and establish corrective and preventive maintenance programs. Ensure full compliance with ICD-705, IC Tech Spec, and FIPS standards to protect Anduril's assets and personnel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive security experience, preferably within a multi-national corporation or Federal entity
- Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce technical security policies and procedures for classified environments
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and construction teams
- Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and making sound decisions in challenging situations
- Existing active SECRET clearance
Desired Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical security systems, with a strong focus on access control, and intrusion detection
- Professional certifications such as PSP (Physical Security Professional) or CPP (Certified Protection Professional)
- Strong project management skills and extensive experience with large-scale technical security system implementations and upgrades
- Extensive experience in vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance oversight for security integrators and suppliers
- Existing active Top Secret Clearance
