Job Summary
Technical Security Analyst responsible for conducting thorough technical Security Risk Assessments on Production Environment applications to identify vulnerabilities, threats and risks; evaluating vulnerability management, patching status, secure baselines, and penetration test results; assessing security architectures and designs for adequacy; collaborating with IT professionals to integrate security into existing systems and processes. Requires 7+ years in information security, experience with security controls and regulatory standards (NIST, ISO, HITRUST, HIPAA, PCI), and strong risk management capabilities; preferred cloud expertise (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and relevant certifications (CISSP, CRISC). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4+ years relevant experience)
- 7+ years of information security or related experience
- 7+ years of experience identifying security risk within technology implementations
- 7+ years of experience with security controls and alignment to key regulations (NIST, ISO, HITRUST, HIPAA, PCI)
- 5+ years experience managing work efforts with internal and external partners
- 5+ years of experience demonstrating critical thinking and knowledge of risk management processes, tools, and techniques
