Job Summary
Lead Agile product teams within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment by facilitating ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and PI events. Provide technical leadership to ensure alignment with client needs, program goals, and delivery timelines while identifying and removing impediments to support continuous delivery. Track and report Agile metrics including velocity, burn-downs, and delivery performance. Support release planning, system design, and implementation activities, and prepare status briefings on product and delivery progress for leadership and stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple organizations to ensure accountability for documented deliverables. Maintain active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and hold Scrum Master certification.
Required Qualifications
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- 3+ years of experience managing projects with multiple competing priorities
- 3+ years of experience managing IT projects using Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies
- 5+ years of experience in software development, software engineering, or IT systems/network architecture supporting enterprise solutions
- Strong ability to work with technically and geographically diverse teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional team environments while meeting aggressive timelines and quality standards
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of related professional experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a SAFe environment
- Background in systems analysis
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices
- Familiarity with network and IT monitoring concepts
- Experience using or supporting tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, or Tableau
- ITIL v4 Certification
