Job Summary
Recruiter focused on building relationships with technical schools to attract qualified candidates; collaborates with hiring leaders to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including events, campus visits, and screening. Serves as the primary owner of ONEOK’s DoD SkillBridge Program for technical and operations roles, coordinating with military transition offices and approved providers to align SkillBridge participants to workforce needs. Responsible for candidate engagement, offers, onboarding support, and occasionally supporting experienced-hire hiring during spikes. Requires strong communication, relationship-building, and sourcing strategy development, with travel up to 75% during busy career fair seasons.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or a role with collaborative relationship-building
