Job Summary
Respond to technical and functional RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires while delivering virtual and live product demonstrations. Build proof of concept tools, create sales enablement content, and perform product release trainings for internal and external audiences. Partner with the Proposal Manager and Solution Architect team to coordinate RFx activities and influence product direction through business cases and market feedback. Coordinate with Sales, Enablement, and Product Management to maximize trade show exposure and advance the portfolio brand. Travel 25-30% of the year for client site calls, partner events, and team meetings.
Required Qualifications
- in-depth knowledge and experience with computers, SaaS applications, and other software
- comfortable with AI
- ability to demonstrate software or hardware Sales success based on performance/capabilities/company success at prior jobs, or in related experiences
- ability to solve problems
- ability to work well in a team setting
- ability to self-start and work within a dynamic team
- ability to develop and contribute videos and presentations as well as other Sales Enablement tools
- understanding of the nature of SaaS software & the technologies behind it
- capability to read and interpret SOC reports, grasp the ramifications of the controls, and work through the technologies
- ability to translate knowledge into written responses building upon previously gathered knowledge in an established knowledgebase
- ability to build proof of concept tools and demonstration materials
- ability to perform Product Release trainings to internal and external clients
- ability to learn and develop new ways to best represent the product portfolio through speaking engagements, partner events, industry events, trade shows, and client and prospect meetings
- at least a Bachelor's Degree in a related subject
- five+ years in Sales or Product Management
