Job Summary
Technical Sales Support – Refrigeration at Danfoss Climate Solutions provides the technical expert support to customers across the Netherlands and Belgium, troubleshooting refrigeration issues, answering product questions, and delivering clear guidance on components and applications. You’ll partner with sales to offer technical sizing recommendations and optimized cooling solutions, lead customers through technical challenges with fast, reliable responses, and document interactions in Salesforce. The role includes delivering internal and external training, sharing best practices and new technologies, and helping customers stay ahead in refrigeration innovation. Candidates should have technical refrigeration training or degree and 5+ years’ HVAC/refrigeration experience, strong knowledge of refrigeration components, and excellent Dutch and English communication skills; proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office is expected. The role supports flexible work from Rotterdam or Brussels offices or a home office in either country, with a collaborative, customer-focused, international team.
Required Qualifications
- Technical training or degree in refrigeration
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC and refrigeration applications
- Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration components, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English
- Experience with MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
