Technical Sales Support (m/f/d)

Collaborate with the sales organization, service team, and customers throughout the quotation process by creating technical offers and determining costs. Prepare final documentation, formulate proposals, and establish maintenance plans while monitoring internal projects. Support the local sales organization in identifying cost-effective solutions and create precise technical/commercial offers based on customer specifications. Manage internal coordination for spare parts management and track offers and maintenance plans to ensure processes run efficiently. Maintain direct contact with customers through various communication channels and document all activities, plans, and follow-ups in Salesforce.
