Job Summary
Technical Sales Specialist – Silicone masterbatches & specialty additives focused on LATAM. Lead commercial development and technical implementation of product portfolio in Mexico and Spanish-speaking Latin America from Monterrey, coordinating with Ramos Arizpe plant as regional platform. Responsibilities include developing LATAM growth plans, growing customer relationships, identifying/closing sales opportunities across key sectors (wire & cable, automotive, pipe & fittings, compounding, film, injection molding, consumer goods), delivering techno-commercial presentations, maintaining Salesforce CRM, reporting, and traveling >50% with occasional international travel to US/China for training and support. Must possess strong communication skills, ability to interface with manufacturing and R&D teams, and familiarity with polymer extrusion, silicone masterbatch technologies, and regulation standards. Fluency in Spanish and English required. Growth opportunities and training available; remote home office acceptable.”,
