Job Summary
Technical Sales Specialist for ProteinXI in the EMEA region responsible for owning revenue targets across BioPharma and CRO accounts, building and managing pipeline, and leading complex sales from discovery through close. Collaborates with Field Application Scientists and Inside Sales, coordinates multi-stakeholder engagements, articulates ProteinXI differentiation in throughput and translational impact, and drives pricing discussions and commercial negotiations. Requires managing opportunity tracking in Salesforce, travel up to 60% for customer sites and events, and strong communication and scientific-discussion skills. Ideal candidates have a Life Sciences degree, 5+ years in technical/scientific sales, experience with NGS/multi-omics/proteomics platforms, and the ability to operate independently within a matrixed organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences required
- Advanced degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, scientific sales, or hybrid commercial roles within life sciences
- Experience selling platforms or workflows involving NGS, multi-omics, proteomics, or advanced discovery tools
- Prior experience working alongside Field Application Scientists and Inside Sales teams required
