Job Summary
Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific's portfolio of scientific instruments and solutions to understand customer needs and deliver effective technical sales across the sales cycle. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, provide technical expertise, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, technical support) to implement sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Must be located in IN, MI, NY, or OH and able to travel up to 75% within the territory; background check and work authorization required. Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills, plus experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office; travel-heavy and technically proficient in life sciences applications such as drug discovery, ADME/Toxicology, cancer organoids, and gene editing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of technical sales experience in relevant scientific instrumentation, laboratory products, or life sciences
Additional Requirements
- Must be located in Indiana, Michigan, New York, or Ohio
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Travel up to 75% within the assigned territory
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check including drug screen
