Job Summary
Technical Sales Specialist role focused on delivering technical support, color matching expertise, and product training to collision shop customers and employees; drive business development through new customer conversions and market intelligence; implement SOPs for Paint & Body preparation and preventive maintenance; build and maintain relationships with store teams, customers, and distribution centers; requires minimum 5 years in a similar role with strong Paint & Body knowledge and proven sales/budgeting/analytical abilities. Located in Winnipeg, MB (Canada) with in-person (on-site) work arrangement.
