Job Summary
Technical Sales Senior Staff based in Surabaya, East Java, covering East Java and Bali. This mobile field-sales role targets B2B relationships with commercial bakeries, food manufacturers, and lifestyle food spaces, driving market expansion and delivering technical-commercial solutions. Responsibilities include market expansion across major food hubs, building and leveraging a robust B2B sales network, delivering product presentations with deep knowledge of baked products, applying marketing principles to align with customer needs, leading negotiations to close complex contracts, and maintaining clear reporting on client feedback, market movements, and pipeline health. Requirements include a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Management, Food Technology, or related field, at least 5 years of experience in food industry sales, solid knowledge of baked goods and current trends, proven East Java (Surabaya) and Bali B2B networks, strong negotiation and communication skills, English proficiency, SIM A (Car) as a plus, and willingness to travel extensively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Food Technology, or related field (S1)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Sales within the Food Industry preferred
- Solid knowledge of baked products (bread, cakes, pastries) and current culinary/food trends
- Proven B2B sales network across East Java (Surabaya) and Bali
- Strong negotiation, active listening, customer service orientation, and fluent communication
- English proficiency; SIM A (Car License) a value-add; willingness to travel heavily
