Job Summary

Own targeted sales accounts and spearhead strategies to capture new business, pitch executive leadership on market expansion, and turn leads into key partnerships. Master cutting-edge technology to translate complex systems into high-impact client solutions, authoring compelling technical whitepapers and winning RFP responses. Deliver live product demonstrations, host client presentations, and showcase innovations at national trade shows. Act as a trusted technical advisor to defense, government, and industry leaders, providing high-touch presale and post-sale support to turn clients into lifelong advocates. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, 3–5 years in technical sales within a government environment, and the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD security clearance. The position offers a 5-day work week with optional Flex Friday, profit sharing, and competitive benefits including vision, dental, and 401(k) matching.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience
  • Must be knowledgeable about technology, and in particular, the ability to obtain expert level knowledge on Senspex products
  • 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in application engineering, technical sales, or engineered equipment solutions within a government sales environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong sales skills that promote product and services the company offers and the ability to showcase technical products, both software or hardware
  • Experience in government or military acquisition processes
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms to users
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work within the United States
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background and drug test
  • Must possess acceptable forms of identification under the REAL ID Act
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance in order to work on projects/programs
