Job Summary
Technical Sales Representative responsible for revenue and profit growth of Nalco Water programs and services in targeted accounts. Uses a consultative sales approach to build relationships with existing customers, develop and execute sales plans, understand business needs, provide technical support, perform system analysis, and recommend continuous improvement to maintain and grow sales. Territory centers around Indianapolis, IN with less than 25% overnight travel; requires a current driver’s license and a bachelor’s degree. Role includes in-field training, a company vehicle for business and personal use, and a comprehensive benefits package.
