Job Summary
Technical Sales Representative responsible for revenue and profit growth in targeted accounts within Nalco Water’s downstream markets. Employ a consultative sales approach to understand customer business drivers, develop and execute sales plans, build strong relationships with plant/facility executives, provide technical support, and translate data into actionable recommendations to optimize customer operations. Role includes selling Nalco Water innovations, expanding long-term business relationships, field-based training in Naperville, IL, and occasional overnight travel. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of technical or field sales experience; a valid driver’s license is required; compensation includes base pay and incentives with a comprehensive benefits package.
