Job Summary
Manage the assigned distributor network to expand market share in medical piped equipment and laboratory sectors. Cultivate strong relationships with end users, contractors, and design engineers to develop growth strategies and exceed annual revenue targets. Provide educational presentations on product and application knowledge while making calls on clients and working with engineers on new construction specifications. Achieve territory revenue growth through proactive scheduling and routine travel throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Northern California.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication, time, and territory management skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to efficiently track and maintain sales data
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint
- Must be able to travel approximately 25% of the time
- Must be able to proactively schedule their own travel in the assigned territory
- Must reside in the West Coast / Pacific Northwest territory (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Northern California)
- Must be able to work from remote/home office
- Must be able to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- BS/BA undergraduate degree
- Technical or Engineering background
- Experience working with Design Engineers
- Experience with Medical Gas Equipment
- Experience with Compressed air systems
- Experience with Vacuum systems
- Medical gas testing experience
- ASSE certification
- NFPA 99 knowledge
- Current experience supporting and managing customers in the territory
- Self-motivated
