Technical Sales Representative

Job Summary
Technical Sales Representative responsible for recruiting new dealers and developing the dealer network, achieving agreed-upon sales goals for the assigned territory, introducing new programs and products to customers, developing and implementing marketing strategies and sales plans, processing new orders and keeping customers informed on product availability and order status, and building strong internal and external client relationships through dedicated customer service. The role requires knowledge of HVAC/R products, experience in a fast-paced sales environment, and the ability to coordinate with inside/outside sales teams, source parts and equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of successful sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ideally within HVAC/R, technical and/or distribution companies
- Post-secondary degree/diploma
- Proven negotiation, sales and leadership abilities
- Organized, independent individual with a strong desire to sell and succeed
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
