Job Summary
Technical Sales Representative to grow our Montreal and Eastern Ontario market. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets; build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers; conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and technical consultations; identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions; collaborate with distributors, OEMs, and end users; track opportunities and forecasts using CRM; participate in industry trade shows and training; provide market feedback and competitive insights. Requires 2–5+ years of B2B outside sales, bilingual English/French, proven sales results, strong communication and presentation skills, technical aptitude to discuss product solutions, independence in the field, and a valid driver’s license with willingness to travel within the territory.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Bilingual in English and French
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate product solutions
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in the field
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
