Technical Sales Representative for HVAC Equipment Rental focused on outside sales in Cincinnati, OH. Manage a designated territory, drive new business development, and build relationships with mechanical contractors, industrial and commercial clients. Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, present customized HVAC and equipment rental solutions, maintain pipeline and account documentation, travel up to 90%, coordinate with internal teams for project execution, and stay current on HVAC rental offerings. Base salary (80k-90k) with uncapped commission, company vehicle, tech gear, 401k match, PTO. Hunter-focused role with strong growth potential.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience with a documented track record of business development and revenue generation
- Experience selling to mechanical contractors, industrial accounts, facilities, or construction-related customers
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory up to 90% of the time
- Experience developing new business through prospecting, relationship building, and territory management
- Experience conducting in-person customer meetings, presentations, and account development activities
- Ability to manage sales pipelines, customer accounts, and territory activity in a fast-paced outside sales environment
