Job Summary
Technical Sales Representative responsible for owning an assigned sales territory with a strong emphasis on new business development and long-term client partnerships. Conducts in-person and virtual sales calls/presentations to deliver tailored HVAC/industrial equipment solutions, maintains a consistent client meeting cadence to support account growth and retention, proactively identifies and pursues new accounts through targeted prospecting and market expansion, stays current on product offerings and industry trends, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions. Requires the ability to travel within the territory (up to 90%), strong B2B sales track record, and solid organizational/territory-planning skills; company offers base salary up to 90k/year plus uncapped commission, plus benefits and a company-provided vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful B2B and/or outside sales experience
- Willingness and ability to travel within the territory up to 90% of the time
- Exposure to HVAC, industrial equipment, or rental-based sales environments preferred
- Strong organizational, time-management, and territory planning skills
