Job Summary
Technical Sales Representative responsible for owning and growing an assigned sales territory in HVAC/industrial equipment rental; conduct in-person/virtual calls and presentations, develop new business, maintain client partnerships, and stay current on product offerings and industry trends. Requires 3+ years B2B/outside sales, willingness to travel up to 90%, ability to manage territory, and experience with HVAC or rental-based sales. Base salary 80k-90k with uncapped commission; includes company vehicle, laptop, mobile, 401(k), PTO/holidays. Chicago, IL.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful B2B and/or outside sales experience
- Willingness to travel within the territory up to 90% of the time
- Exposure to HVAC, industrial equipment, or rental-based sales environments preferred
- Strong organizational, time-management, and territory planning skills
