Job Summary
Technical Sales Representative for Fishing, Milling and Plug & Abandonment in Aberdeen, UK. Own the full field sales lifecycle from initial engagement through delivery; understand customer needs and position Weatherford products to key decision makers; conduct client site visits and present bids/tenders; identify upsell and cross-selling opportunities across product lines; collaborate with Technical Sales Manager on strategy and budgeting; leverage SFDC and XAIT-Porter for technology-enabled sales; require strong negotiation and relationship-building skills and a track record of achieving revenue targets. Travel up to 10% and work with clients at rigs, warehouses, and workshops to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of Weatherford, industry technical, or operational experience
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical understanding of intervention services and drilling tools
- Ability to travel domestically and potentially internationally (10%)
