Job Summary
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will identify and respond promptly to customer needs, fostering long-term business relationships through consultative selling. Key responsibilities include planning customer sales calls, preparing quotes, closing orders, and informing customers of available products. You will need to select safety scanners and sensors for various Industrial Automation applications and communicate effectively with engineers and technical designers to deliver customer solutions. Continuous knowledge development of Morrell products is essential, along with maintaining a clean working environment and assisting coworkers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in industrial sales
- Proven track record in sales, especially in selling technical products or services
