Job Summary
Manage existing customer accounts and identify new business growth opportunities for electrical power distribution solutions. Build long-term relationships with contractors, engineers, and industrial clients while delivering consultative sales and outstanding service. Understand technical project requirements to recommend appropriate electrical solutions, prepare quotations, and explain product capabilities confidently. Coordinate internally to ensure successful project execution from quotation through delivery, maintaining regular communication with customers. Track customer interactions, project opportunities, and account activity in the CRM, submitting weekly work plans and sales updates. Required Qualifications
- Advanced English (B2+/C1) is required for professional communication with U.S.-based customers.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B technical sales.
- Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Installations, or a related field.
- Experience selling electrical equipment, transformers, switchgear, power distribution products, or other industrial electrical solutions.
- Strong understanding of electrical installations and power distribution systems.
- Ability to understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts independently.
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with contractors, EPC companies, utilities, or industrial customers.
- Experience managing technical sales projects from quotation to completion.
- Existing network within the electrical distribution industry.
- Knowledge of transformers, switchgear, substations, or industrial power systems.
- Have experience selling transformers, switchgear, electrical distribution equipment, or industrial electrical products.
- Have a technical background in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installations, or related disciplines.
- Can confidently communicate with engineers, contractors, and industrial customers.
- Have experience managing technical sales projects from quotation through completion.
