Job Summary
Responsible for managing a portfolio of customers with focus on customer service and technical sales in a manufacturing environment. Requires experience in customer support and sales, emphasizes customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years in technical sales, inside sales, or customer service
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related technical discipline preferred or equivalent work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful outbound customer communication and relationship building
- Familiarity with government contracting and bid processes
- Technical aptitude with ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (EPICOR preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset
