Job Summary
Technical Sales Representative in North Bay, ON, supporting and growing the customer base in an industrial bearings context. Role emphasizes on-site customer engagement, understanding operational challenges, delivering value-based solutions to reduce total cost of ownership, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success. The position requires field-based activities, regular travel within a ~100 km territory, relationship-building, need to understand technical solutions, and strong communication and CRM usage. Hybrid remote option available with base at the North Bay branch.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to make data-informed decisions
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
