Technical Sales Manager

Technical Sales Manager role focusing on data centre and emerging construction sectors, building long-term relationships with Architects, Contractors, Developers, Consultants, and end users; responsible for establishing routes to market across assigned European regions, representing the business at client meetings and design reviews, and positioning products as the preferred technical and commercial solution at specification stage. Develop a robust pipeline of projects, track opportunities from early design through construction and completion, coordinate with internal teams to ensure project ownership, and deliver revenue growth. Requires strong experience in technical/specification sales within construction products (building envelope systems, façades, cladding, insulation, roofing), understanding of the construction lifecycle, regulatory/compliance awareness, CRM proficiency, and willingness for regular European travel. Proactive collaboration with Operations, Technical, Marketing, and Finance teams, and contribution to sector strategy.
